How long has WebTechs.Net been in business?

» We have proudly been serving the Greater Phoenix Area since 1997.

What size companies do you typically take on as clients?

» We work with and specialize in small-to-midsized companies, typically between 1-40 employees. However we do have our share of clients with over 100+ employees.

What type of websites do you build?

» We have always prided ourselves on building and maintaining custom website designs and have stayed true to that since inception, however today we build in a wide variety of web languages such as, HTML, HTML5, CSS and WordPress etc…

If we switch/change over to your company will we lose our company website and e-mail addresses?

» No, we will transfer everything over at the same time, however when changing website companies it is better off going with a brand new design/look and feel and starting fresh, it’s like having a clean slate, a new beginning.

What is the average length of time it takes to move websites up in the organic search engine rankings?

» Results, of course, vary based on business types and overall amount of competition within their category, we have customer that have experienced incredible results, whereas we have literally moved them from the 10th page in Google to the 1st page with 4-6 weeks.

What makes WebTechs.Net better than your so-called competition?

» We care; we always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are satisfied with the level of services they are receiving from us. We have always been, and always will be grateful for opportunity to serve you as a customer. For the record we have customers that date back 17+ years and counting, that’s truly impressive!

What is your average turn-around time on new website design projects?

» We average 4-6 weeks on new website designs, essentially we are building two different websites, one for pc website and completely different version for mobile as well which increases the overall turnaround time.

Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

» No, however our pricing structure and level of services are incentivized based on the overall contract length, the longer the agreement the greater the incentives. Our average agreement is typically 3 years, we bundle our packages and structure them very well, they are a win, win for both parties.

Who’s responsible for the images/photos and the selections of photos that are on my website?

» You are, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, it’s very important that you provide us with your own photos, selection and order prior to us posting them on your website!

What is the recommended number of photos on standard website pages and photo gallery pages?

» We recommend you do not exceed 3-5 photos on standard webpages; this will keep your pages clean, clutter free and yet not boring! We recommend you do not exceed 15 photos on photo gallery pages; this will help prevent long load times!

What does your annual hosting service include?

» Our annual hosting service includes website site hosting, unlimited corporate e-mail accounts and quarterly content changes.

If we hire you to build us a new website, what’s included in the design?

» The amount of pages you signed up for, and the content you provided.

How many changes or revisions are included in a new website design project?

» Initially our new design projects include 1 set of revisions/changes, all additional design changes are invoiced separately.
